ElevenRise is a technology platform. We are not a football agency, an employer, a scouting authority, an immigration adviser, or a guarantor of trials, contracts, transfers or visas. Decisions about players are always made by clubs, academies and licensed professionals — we make those decisions better informed and safer to reach.
