Football's opportunity market attracts people who exploit hope. ElevenRise is designed so that the safest path is also the default one.
Guardian-linked minor accounts
Anyone under 18 must be linked to a verified guardian. The guardian approves the profile going live, media uploads, applications, and any contact request before it can reach the young player.
Restricted visibility by default
Minor profiles are not openly searchable. Precise location, school, contact details and full date of birth are never public — only broad region and age band.
Controlled communication
Professionals cannot message a minor directly. Requests go to the guardian, conversations stay on-platform for safeguarding review, and off-platform contact attempts are treated as a violation.
Reporting and escalation
Every profile, listing and message can be reported. High-risk reports involving a minor are prioritised, can suspend an account immediately, and are escalated to the relevant authority where required.

Stop the conversation, keep the messages, and report it. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first — ElevenRise is not an emergency service. Safeguarding reports reach a trained reviewer, not an automated queue.
