Refund and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Your Football ID is never deleted when a paid plan ends; it returns to the free plan limits.

Fees paid to an organizer or service provider follow the cancellation terms shown on that listing, which must be published before you pay.

If an organizer cancels, materially changes, or fails to deliver an opportunity, you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid through the platform.

Raise a dispute through your application record. We review the listing terms and the evidence from both sides, and can hold or reverse platform-processed payments.

We cannot recover money paid directly to a third party outside ElevenRise — one of the reasons we ask you to keep payments on the platform.
