Government ID matched to a live selfie check, plus date of birth confirmation.

Clubs, academies, event organizers
Registration or federation affiliation documents, official domain email, and an authorized-representative confirmation.
Licence verified
Agents and intermediaries
Current federation or FIFA licence number, jurisdiction and expiry date, re-checked at renewal.
Expert verified
Coaches, analysts, physios, mentors
Coaching badges or professional credentials, work history references, and scope-of-practice declaration.
The review workflow

Submit the evidence required for the badge you requested.

Automated checks screen documents for validity and tampering.

A trained reviewer makes the decision, with a second reviewer for high-risk cases.

Approved, rejected with reason, or returned for more information.

Badges carry an issue date and expiry, and are revoked on new evidence or a sustained report.
- It is not a rating of talent, coaching quality or results.
- It does not place anyone higher in search or shortlists.
- It cannot be bought, gifted with a plan, or negotiated.
- It does not transfer between accounts or organizations.
Verification documents are stored encrypted, kept only as long as needed for the check and audit obligations, and are never visible to other users.
